Hello friends! I had some folks join the chat after being gone for a while. It's great to see them here. Wendell loves all of his friends. I miss you when you're gone.
Today felt like a summer day. The grass is plentiful and Wendell is grazing like crazy. He told me to tell you he'd see you next week. He said this with a mouthful, so I'm guessing that this:
"Ptell-thin-I-werrl-mith=thim-chomp-chomp-berry- mooch-chomp-chomp"
means: "Tell them I will miss them very much.: Chomp-chomp needs no explanation!
QUESTIONS
- What are you doing for Easter?
- How many spring flowers have you noticed the last week or so?
- What was your favorite thing in an Easter basket, or as dessert at Easter dinner?
- If you were a dog, what kind would you be?
- What are your favorite pizza toppings?
- Having a nice dinner with our family. Of course, church.
- I have seem daffodils, tulips, violets, flowering trees, and some crocus.
- I used to love the sugared egg shapes that had tiny scenes inside. I liked the taste of the chocolate bunnies, but the sugared eggs were such fun to look at.
- I would be a Great Pyrenees. If the fluffy hair wasn't enough, being tall and fair would work. They also work very hard and that's me.
- I love turkey sausage(because I'm allergic to pork) and mushrooms. Oops- have to have extra cheese. What's life without extra cheese?! Chomp-chomp!
Easter will be quietly spent at home with DH. I will make a traditional dinner for the two of us. Oh yes, I have seen many spring flowers ~ all gorgeous! My favorite Easter candy is Robin eggs. Yum! I bought a bag for us to enjoy. :D A terrier ~ pretty and small. No, doubt I would be like a lot of terriers ~ a big dog trapped in a small dogs body that barks at every thing that passes. lol My post ran a little long today, so I didn't put your questions up, but I wanted to visit and respond to them here. I am in the midst of the #a2zchallenge, so I haven't been doing the greatest for managing my hops or visits this month like I want. Oh well...hopefully everyone will find room to forgive me. I do make an attempt to return visits, though. Happy Easter!
ReplyDelete"I miss you, too, Wendell."
ReplyDeleteWe also see some tulips and crocuses where we live.
Happy Easter!
HOPE you have a blessed Easter week and day, my friend!!!
ReplyDeleteTurkey sausage sounds more healthy than pepperoni. That could easily become my favorite.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting :)
Don't eat too much grass Wendell!
ReplyDeleteFamily time after Church on Easter Sunday is my favorite! I will be making a big dinner and everyone will come over.
ReplyDeleteEven when I buy store pizzas I always add more cheese! YUM!
Enjoy Spring.
ReplyDeleteWonderful questions. Wendall don't eat too much grass!
ReplyDeleteGreat questions, as usual. Blessings
ReplyDeleteI also enjoyed the sugared decorated eggs as a kid, I they lasted a long time until I couldn't resist and started to pick the flowers off them.
ReplyDeleteReally nice blog you have! Now there is both a Blog Hop and a giveaway on my blog if you would like to take part, you are welcome! http://gladalinjen.blogspot.se/2014/04/blog-hop-blowout.html
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen tulips nor daffodils since we moved here to Texas. I love both. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry that you're allergic to bacon...I mean, pork. I can't imagine being allergic to it, though I know I shouldn't eat it in the first place.
I hope that you've had a blessed Easter, Patrice.
