- How much baking did you do before and after Christmas? Do you get more inspired to bake when the temps are cooler?
- Do you have any food intolerances or allergies?
- When was the last time you were in a restaurant?
- What's your favorite accent(speech)?
- My favorite__________is__________.
My answers: (Don't forget me, Patrice. I have answers too!)
- I did a huge amount of baking before and after Christmas. So- I did a lot of munching. I tried to eat the broken cookies. I hear they have less calories. I always increase my baking in the fall and winter. Patrice won't let me cook in her kitchen. Selfish woman!
- Yes. Lots. I will spare you the list. It is actually longer than most novels. That is why I cook and eat at home. Yes. I cannot tolerate green lollipops. I'm not much on taffy either. Ik maksh miii theeth schtick togetter. Pfft!
- I was in one six days after Christmas to celebrate my sister's New Year's Eve birthday. In my dreams. The carrot cafe was the restaurant. Hmm? Such a lovely dream!
- UK. I am very fond of accents from all areas of the UK. I have an ear for accents and pick them up quite easily. I enjoy trying to sound like people I meet. I also enjoy hearing an Aussie accent. Baaaaa. I speak sheep.
- My favorite thing is waking up every morning and knowing that the Lord has given me another day with the people I love. My favorite outfit is my ballet tutu. Don't judge me!
I'll bet your house smelled wonderful this season. That is the best part of baking and can't really be reproduced by burning candles.

ReplyDeleteWendell always cracks me up! Thanks for giving me a smile this morning!
ReplyDeleteOops, I goofed. #20 on your linky I copied an improper url, so disregard that one. I re-linked up with the right URL address at #21. :) Is it Monday again? Sorry for playing so late, but I am running a bit late this week. Hey, Wendell, I would love to see you in your tutu outfit. See if you can get Patrice to take a picture to share with us. :D
ReplyDeleteTY for the great info! I would never have gotten this myself!

I agree, if the cookie is broken, all of the calories fall out of it so it's fair game for eating with not guilt attached. :)
ReplyDeleteI just sent you an e-mail. I hope it makes it to you.
I hope that you have a great weekend!
Missed the chats for awhile, and was excited to come back and visit!
ReplyDeleteLove your answer to five. I love waking up to another day with the people I love, and even though I should be, I have trouble being thankful for another day with the people I don't love!
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE to see Wendell in a tutu!
