- Have you ever gotten a pet from a rescue?
- What pumpkin goodies have you had this fall?
- What are the best and worst rooms in your home?
- If you could have a real "brick and mortar" type business, what would it be?
- What's your favorite tropical fruit?
My answers: Wendell's answers, too!
- We have gotten many pets from rescues. It is a very different experience from getting a pet from a breeder, but worthwhile. I want a pet, Patrice. Can I have a hamster? He could ride around on my back all day and he could sleep in my hay. I would name him Webster. Just think Wendell and Webster!
- I've had pumpkin cake and pumpkin ice cream. I will be baking some pumpkin pies soon. Patrice! I want a pumpkin. I can keep it with my hamster.
- The best room is the dining room. Except for a ceiling fan that's way too big and clunky, it is just what I want. I got some great glass front cabinets and I can store all of my pretty serving pieces. My favorite room is the room where the oats are stored! The worst is where the pig are. They're smelly.
- I would have an art studio for teaching art and crafts. A used bookstore would be fun. So would a second hand dress shop. How about a chocolatier business? Yum! I would have a carrot store!
- I love mango and pineapple. Tropical carrots would be my favorite. :)
Have a Wendell sort of week!
(a happy one)
Yum! A chocolate business....no profit in it for me! I always enjoy Wendell's answers.
ReplyDeleteI just canned pumpkin yesterday. I use it for pies, muffins, breads. I love pumpkin.
ReplyDeleteBest room in the house is "my" living room. The rest of the house - ugh! Six kids do a number on any room of the house.
I used to want to have a bed and breakfast, but I think way too much would go into it.
As for tropical fruits - pineapple is awesome.

It's funny the animals interacted with the visitors! I am new around here and really enjoy your posts! I will be linking up in the morning...very busy today! Just taking a quick break.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like the Farm Day was a LOT of fun! I can just imagine Pep helping herself to the muffins! LOL!!
ReplyDeleteWe got both of our dogs from the shelter, they are the best. I LOVE pumpkin season and have baked and pureed two this year. We have had muffins and ice cream so far and I can't wait for pie. :)
I would love to visit your farm someday....I think I've said that before, though!!! Thanks for letting me join in. HOPE the rest of your week is blessed!
ReplyDeleteSounds your new farm has lot of fun. I would like to visit it one day...
ReplyDeleteFarm life is busy or yeah and it's hard work. I admire you and your family for doing this because I knew this isn't for the faint of heart kind of folks...like me. Once again, I'm gonna answer your questions here in comments. I just can't seem to get my act together. *sigh*
ReplyDelete1. Nope, I have not gotten a pet from a shelter before.
2. The only pumpkin goodie I have enjoyed thus far has been pumpkin spice latte.
3. Nearly every room in the house is the worse room. Our home is too tiny and there are things stuffed here and there because there is no place to put these items.
4. I'm not the brick & mortar kind of business gal. If I had a business it would be from home. I guess being a SAHM for 25 years has spoiled me.
5. Pineapples and bananas would be my favorite tropical fruits.
That's a wrap. I hope you'll decide to come by to visit my new blog Curious as a CAThy!
I vote for a hamster for Wendell. They are cute and make for exciting moments when they get loose and run around the house. haha
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
