- Do you use any type of water filter (pitcher or sink mount)?
- Do you have any tips for staying hydrated in the warmer weather?
- Is your hair naturally curly or straight?
- Are you on top of all the chores/work you do, or are you always running behind?
- If you could sing a song to Wendell, what would it be?
My answers:
(Actually, Wendell's answers. He just pushed me away from the keyboard and said he had to hurry before the pasture grew too quickly.)
- Patrice uses a Brita Filter, but I don't want one of those silly things down at the barn. I could never pick up the handle!
- Get to the water trough before the other horse. Gulp-gulp-gulp.
- My hair is perfect. Thank you for asking! Patrice has wavy hair. I wonder who it waves to.
- I'm always running out front, but it's too hot lately so I shall walk. Patrice is years behind on EVERYTHING! Not that she takes on too much or anything like that! (Hear the horsey sarcasm!)
- I can't wait to hear these answers. Sing to me, friends! Patrice declined to answer this. She didn't want to sing this morning. She says she is meeting a special friend for tea. I wish she'd take me! Perhaps she could convince the folks in the tea shop that it's" take a horse for tea day". You know, it could become a national holiday. Maybe Hallmark could make a card for it. Wow! The possibilities are endless. By the way- what's tea?
I haven't been able to comment back on Becky's posts either. I do read them Becky!
ReplyDeleteI wish I was up there having tea! Bestie and I were supposed to make a trip your way but they have just discovered that their house has been leaking and sinking. They have over $100,000.00 worth of damage. UGH. I can't believe it! Needless to say, she won't be going anywhere for quite some time. I hope you enjoy your tea! And I hope Wendell enjoys the song I chose for him!
ReplyDeleteThat would be a cool holiday :-)
ReplyDeleteVery humorous. Love you Wendell.
ReplyDeleteJust submitted mine. :) For those of you who like horses, I had to add a few pictures of mine in my post.... :D

What cute questions! I may have to get my act together for a post tomorrow! I'll have to think up a good song for Wendell. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the questions today - and Wendell's answers of course.
ReplyDeleteI am joining for the first time. Love the questions!
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing that out. I was wondering why I didn't get any comments! I think it have it fixed now. Let me know if you still can't comment, and I'll try something else.
ReplyDeleteWe are lucky that our well water is really good and we don't need a filter. A song for Wendell..."Does eat oats and mares eat oats and little lambs eat ivy. A kid will eat ivy too, wouldn't you?" :)
ReplyDeleteI grew up drinking well water....wish we had one now!!!
DeleteHi, I have been hopping around the blogosphere trying to find good hops to feature. I joined this one today and featured it too. Wendell is so cute.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of hot weather either, Patrice. I keep the air conditioner on year-round. When I was pregnant for the first time and was sure a heater had been installed in my body instead of a baby, my husband was sure that our house had been relocated to the Arctic while he was at work. It was a 4-room house and 4 air conditioners were going at full-blast. You could make ice in the room. :)
ReplyDeleteNot much has changed. Hot flashes are my companion now instead of a growing baby, and the air conditioner hasn't been turned off since it was put here in our room.
Have a great week!
enjoyed your questions, Patrice. my well water is superior to anything else I've ever tasted...it's the BEST!
ReplyDeleteLove Wendell! I hope he likes the song I shared with him.
ReplyDeleteYes it is Brisk Raspberry Tea :-) and Wendell is welcomed.
ReplyDeleteWendell is pretty funny!
