Something nice from a warm place
I returned from vacation on Friday and landed myself straight in bed with the grunge- translation= flu. I went from 70-80 degrees in Florida to around 30 degrees. There's a thin coat of ice over everything outside today. I want to share something pretty with you. I think we all go into a flower deficit this time of year, so I hope you like these. I will post more soon and "Chats" will be up tomorrow as usual. Enjoy!

I can totally relate! I'm working on my Hawaii flower picture post, but unfortunately I don't know what all of them are. Maybe I will make a game out of it to see who can identify them all!

ReplyDeleteI didn't realize how much we missed color in the winter until we took a trip to California, several years ago. We were both in awe of all of the flowers. Previously, when we lived in SC, I think we just took them for granted - and when you do without for a while, they really stand out.
